These Terms of Service govern the freelance Google Ads management services provided by Doga Savas, operating as Ads by Doga ("I", "me"), to clients ("you"). By engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
I provide Google Ads campaign management services including but not limited to Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Remarketing, and conversion tracking setup. The specific scope of work is agreed upon before each engagement begins.
Monthly management fees are invoiced at the start of each billing period and are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. I reserve the right to pause or terminate services for overdue invoices.

The monthly management fee covers my time and expertise only. Ad spend is paid directly to Google by you and is separate from my fee. I am not responsible for charges incurred in your Google Ads account beyond what is agreed.
I will apply best practices and professional judgment to manage your campaigns. However, I make no guarantees of specific results, rankings, or return on ad spend. Advertising performance is subject to factors outside my control including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
Ad copy, campaign structures, audience strategies, and other work product created during the engagement are provided for your use. I retain the right to reference the engagement in general terms for portfolio purposes without disclosing confidential business information.
I treat your business data, account performance, and any proprietary information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, I will provide a handover of all account access, campaign documentation, and settings. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
My liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the services provided is limited to the total fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or revenue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued engagement after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available at adsbydoga.com/terms.
